Hi everyone,
I've recently purchased a Sense device.
I need to make some speedwalking activity and I really want my heart rate to fall within the fat-burn zone as much as possible. As far as I can see, the only way to live-track the heart rate is to enable it from the activity settings, but it only notifies me when I enter the cardio zone.
I would really use a range instead of a single threshold, maybe with some audio notifications. Let's say, I would like to know when I'm under 120 bpm and when I'm above 135 without keeping on looking at the Sense every now and then.
Is there a way to achive that?
Thanks in advance,

There is no way to get exactly what you want. You can set a custom zone which will give you the range you want but with a custom zone, there are no notifications. Also, Sense (and other Fitbits) don't support audio notifications (only vibrations).

Hello @Sume and welcome to the Community. Please take a look at the Zone Redux clock face. You can set vibrations for zone changes and set custom thresholds. There is one thing that I can't confirm, though. If you use the Exercise app, it must run in the foreground. I don't know if the vibrations will work when the clock is in the background.
As an example of potential conflict, Fitbit heavily advertises the C25k app. Except that you can't use the C25k and the Exercise app at the same time.
@t.parkeris right about the current device limitations.

Hi @Sume - this watch is unlikely to give you exactly what you want. As noted in the forums HR can be erratic when you are moving so before trying to get something you want, check the HR on your watch will give it accurately.
In reference to @LZeeW post. You can't run a clock and App at the same time, it is either one or the other.

@Sume to be more practical if your purpose is to track your activities strictly basing them on your HR and you're still within the return window (you say you recently bought your device) please consider to return it and buy something more dedicated.
Unfortunately for the above reasons expressed by the others users the Sense can't be considered the best choice for you.
The above in in my opinion.
