The unit was relplace. I twas mailed to me in ziplock back inside of a bubble envelope, not a box! I am trying to get the replaced under my 2 year protection plan because of a cracked crystal. The warranty plan needs the SN of the replacement device. Unfortunately, it is not on the device or the and I cannot find the ziplock bag. I tried calling FitBit support and was told that they cannot provide me with my own SN. I was told that is on the device and it is not. So I now a have a device that has been damaged because I don't have the SN. This was after the rep. identified me with 3 identifiers . Can someone tel how to find the SN for my device when it not on the device.
Thank you,
O wow

The MAC address in the About Sense => System Info should be unique.
But you will find its identity in the URL.
Login with https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
Click on your Device and read the device identity at the end of the URL which will read
https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device/tracker/
followed by numbers and letters.

Thanks so much! It's been a very frustrating morning having to deal with FitBit support and getting nowhere.
