Medal fell off from back of Sense

I have opened a ticket with Fitbit regarding the medal back coming off and exposing a screw.  They told me I would hear back in one hour after speaking with their team. It’s been more 48 hours.  Anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to you?  Thanks!

Hi @JamieMul - that is the response you get often if the watch is out of warranty, they will probably offer a discount off a new one. Get back in touch with them again to make sure you aren't forgotten.

Thank you! They sent the discount code to a wrong email. They should fix this known issue at no charge. They told me to stop wearing it as it is dangerous.
