I was following the older thread but want to reopen this issue.
I have the widget in my sense but it is only accurate when I have my period or am ovulating. As soon as its supposed to say X days until next period it automatically says zero. Meanwhile if I open the app it clearly states I'm on day 20 of my 30 day cycle. Aka 10 days until my period. And if I open the fitbit app on my phone it also says 10 days.
Have had this issue since day 1, but with the updates and then getting my cycle it seemed to be fixed but it is clear it is not.
I would assume its a simple code fix, but please guys. No girl wants to see her period is due every single day when its not.

Hi @jenkh. It's nice to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for sharing detailed information. I understand how you're feeling about not having the right data displayed on your Sense and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Just to confirm, may I know if your watch is syncing correctly? Have you tried removing and adding the Menstrual Health widget back to your watch?
Let's give a try to the following steps:

Hi @LizzyFitbit
I have done all of these things and have no issues beyond the one "today" display. I have attached pics of the screen that shows although it shows zero days - inside it has all my cycle info ts just not using that info. As well as its correct on my fitbit acct.
And once I shift to my actual period or ovulation the display will then correctly show 6 days in period remain etc.

Hi @jenkh. It's nice to see you again.
Thanks for trying the suggestions posted above and for the pictures provided. It's odd that you continue having this issue. Let me suggest to reconnect your Sense to your Fitbit account so the apps and data can be updated correctly:
Once your Sense is connected, open the Today app and check your Menstrual Health data one more time.

Did all that and still the same. (although my google assistant now says its set up - so bonus!) And like I said some 7 days from now when I start my period it will then correct itself and say 6 days left in period but and same with ovulation. but this large time it always is wrong even though the app shows it correctly.

I have the exact same problem as the above pictures show with my fitbit sense also, did you ever find a solution to this? It's sooo frustrating, it's a over $300 watch that shouldn't have these types of issues. I also tried all the troubleshooting suggested before replying and nothing worked either

Did u ever find a solution to this issue because my fitbit sense does the same thing for my periods, exactly the same as your pictures above.

@honeyminpin23 nope. I was sent an email with a case number saying they'd be in touch. And Nada.
Le sigh.

I've just recently had this problem. I've tried all of the trouble shooting listed above without resolution. It's so frustrating. This, in addition to the water tracking not showing accurately, makes me not want to purchase another product from fit bit. There are too many products on the market for a company to not fix important issues.

@Gsowell I know. Especially when its clearly just a simple coding fix. The app is correct. The watch is correct in 2 of the 3 info cycles (during period and ovulation) I honestly expected this to be fixed almost as soon as I posted 😞

Ugh! Super frustrating! I just purchased a sense and am having the same problem. I agree with you, it seems like a simple fix and am surprised that they haven't updated it yet. Jenkh, If you ever do receive a response from fitbit, can you please update us here? Thank you!

for those following the main support team sent me this message 2 weeks ago:
"Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track."
So hopefully in one of the next updates?

I hope they are actually going to fix the issue!
Want to make sure that this is on the radar for the Versa 3 too.

Yeah, I had this little gem at one point too. I’m so frustrated that they aren’t prioritizing this issue.
hey, @Fitbit, c’mon! This is an advertised feature of this device that is nearly useless!

This is what mine is doing. Just got it today and I can’t even get it to show days until next period. It just shows I won’t be fertile for 30,900 days. 🙄
