I added the menstrual tile on my Sense 2 and for the last 8 months it has not functioned as I was assumed it would. It was supposed to track where the user was in the cycle and it is stuck permanently on the log screen on the smart watch. I have been told that it was being worked on and that they were aware but if that was actually the case then it would have been fixed. I was okay with no one knowing 7 or 8 months ago but now that is completely unacceptable and it doesn't work. I need to know when or if this will work or if I am just being lied to
