My Fitbit Sense fell apart and I was sent a replacement. Went through setup - a bit more problematic as I was over-riding everything that was already there.
In the course of going through several of the pages in the manual, it refers me to use the "Today" tab in the Fitbit App I have the Fitbit App installed on my Android phone. When I open it, it is automatically in "Today" mode.
The next instruction is usually to "tap your profile picture". There simply is no profile picture on the Today page. It's just today's statistics. I have a profile. I see it on my desktop computer. However, on the desktop, when I click on my profile, I get a bunch of stuff I already know about myself, plus a list of "recent badges". And that's all!
Something is missing. Somewhere. Any ideas?

Hi, @CapnF Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for letting me know about your situation when setting up your Sense. In the part where you need to go to your profile picture, you need to go to the upper right corner, where you will find an user logo or your profile picture if you have set up one.
Also, just to confirm, are you following the instructions in this article? If not, please follow them.
Thanks for your efforts!
