Monitoring meditation without having to cover the Sense

I would like to track mindfulness sessions with my Sense that are not associated with the sessions provided in the app. I have tried setting up the EAD scan when doing mindfulness but it doesn't last for the entire duration and the vibrations from the watch are a distraction. I simply want it to monitor my breathing, heart rate, etc while doing my own meditation without having to cover the watch with my hand or having it vibrate and cause distractions.

The Fitbit Sense allows you to follow guided breathing sessions with the Relax app. For more information, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I start a guided breathing session?".

 

There is a feature suggestion called "Sync with 3rd party meditation apps". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update it should be communicated as soon as possible.

 

If this is not related to your request, you can make a new suggestion in the Feature Suggestions board which is constantly monitored by our engineering team for future implementations.
