Music controls and on-wrist calls setting not working

I'm glad that you'd like to use the music control and on-wrist calls features on your Sense, let's work on this together. Just to confirm, by this won't link do you mean that your watch isn't syncing correctly? What is the error message displayed on the Fitbit app? Have you updated your watch and the Fitbit app to the latest version?

In regards to the music control, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch.
3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
4. On your Sense, add the Music Controls app as a shortcut.
5. Then, tap the music controls icon. In the top-left corner set the music source to your phone.
6. Play a song on any music app that you have on your phone so you can see it on your Sense. You can then play, pause or skip to the next or previous track.

About the on-wrist calls, I'd recommend to check this help article which provides detailed instructions to set up and use this feature on your Sense.
