Well to start I have taken it back to Costco and got a new one at 75 days exactly.

1. It worked decent in the beginning then started having issue around 60 days.

2. Issue's as follows (My sense started to not charge fast yet I used same usb 3.0 since day i purchased it. Band started to feel very loose at it's connection points in the watch, Trying different out let and using a brick charger it caused watch to black out and be unresponsive I fixed that issue. It started to struggle to sync to any and all phones. It started losing time, Gps started getting really bad disconnects, Bad heart rate).

3. New watch Fitbit sense this could be my imagination but it feels slightly heavier also the charging cord has been updated it better quality has fitbit logo on back end of the cord it sticks out fairly pronounced the pins are much further sticking out fast chargers like a champ on my laptops usb 3.0 every time so far.
4. I bought a new iPhone 12 Pro Max didn't update the iOS and the watch and phone worked absolutely perfect everything worked Phone calls messaging tracking GPS no disconnects no issue I forgot to turn off automatic updates on my iPhone and it updated the newest version iOS 14.6 that two versions past what the new iPhone came with Now the issue have begun so it no longer stays connected as far as the sense controls hell even the sense has been unpaired on it own? so it comes down to this FITBIT coders are slacking off they are two versions behind on iOS for iPhone s it causing issue you can see the forums full of these issue's so far no battery drain knocking on wood.

Dear Coder's step up your game. FITBIT/Google get more coders period by being behind your are potentially causing a huge loss in revenue by causing your customers who use iPhones to move on to apple watch or others types as it seems your not trying to stay in the curve of supporting iOS system.

If it all about money then it time to use some critical thinking and see that if your not hiring more coders to stay on top of the new iOS your just burning your own pockets. I'm showing LOVE to fitbit by sticking with it but at the end of my new 90 days if issue haven't been fixed I will be forced to step away from this product and move on to something more reliable.

I think any one who having charging issue should demand FitBit send them a new updated cord asap they know their first version of the cord was sub par and they have made better quality one since then for the watch.
