For several days now, my Fitbit app shows that I still have 54% charge left even though I have just charged it, while my Sense shows the correct charge 100%, then the charge drops as it should, but the app still shows 54% and that my last sync was made on September 22 at 17.39??? My Sense smartwatch still syncs correctly and the date and time is correct. I have Firmware Version 44.128.5.49. Also SP02 has been strange, showed no values for several days, usually doesn't happen. This problem seems started, after I had problems getting Sense to sync with the app about 10 days ago, the only thing that finally helped after several reboots of my Google Pixel 4 mobile, was to remove bluetooth for Sense in the mobile and then approve it again, but the battery life 54%, date and time, is still "frozen" in the app.

My problems with the Fitbit app was finally solved. After I logged out of the Fitbit app I couldn't log in again no matter what I did. I requested a new password, but the same, couldn't log in. I couldn't log in to Fitbit on the computer either, but when I tried to change my Fitbit password on the computer instead, I didn't get the usual message, that I used the wrong email or password. The Fitbit website accepted my new password and sent me a verification code and I could log in to Fitbits dashboard. I then tried to log in to the Fitbit app with my new password and it worked and I also got a verification code to my phone. Allt my settings was as before, but I had to approve permissions for several functions again as receive sms, contacts, phone calls etc., no problem, quickly fixed. The remaining percentage of battery life visible in the app is now correct as the sync date and time. Me happy that it finally got solved.

If it is syncing all the other information correctly then try the following to clear any App glitches
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit Stop [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
SpO2 is not always reliable but the above may improve it.

I have already done that one, also did several restarts of my phone, nada, then I logged out from Fitbit and now I can't log in again. I restored my password and got me new one, doesn't help, but no problem to log in to Fitbit on my computer though, also interesting, on the dashboard the battery time is correct also syncing date and time. Thank you for your effort, nice of you 😀 I contacted Fitbit support on Twitter, see how that goes 🙄

Have you tried shutting down the computer and seeing if after reboot of watch and sync. The phone and watch are playing nice. Sometimes there is a device conflict if you have both up and running and the Fitbit app open on both computer and phone.
