My Fitbit sense doesn't record my sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got my Fitbit sense a week ago and it hasn't recorded any sleep information. I've read through a lot of posts regarding the sense not recording sleep information and followed the recommended steps but nothing has helped. I've tried wearing it on my dominant wrist or on the inside of my wrist. I held the button down on the sense until the Fitbit logo appeared like one post recommend but that didn't help either. Everything else on my Fitbit sense is working fine. I'd appreciate any suggestions and help.

When you say everything else is working fine, one assumes that is in the Fitbit App, and therefore your watch is syncing fine but only sleep is not showing, and steps and heart rate are?

Look through this article it may help as there are specific requirements for registering sleep.

That said you can perhaps enable sensitive sleep tracking https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device

And/or you can also set up on your watch a sleep schedule which may help.

Depending on the issue source you can try going to the watch Today app and see if there is any sleep information shown, and if so it is a problem with the Fitbit App. To fix that it depends on what phone you have.
