My Fitbit sense is not tracking my sleep

Is been frustrating that I got this because I wanna track my sleep 
some days does other just don’t update the sleep track looks like I don’t sleep at all 

please let me know what I need to do if is a way to fix that issue or if I need to chance the product

Hi @Gusestrella  - before doing anything drastic, it would be wise to

  • Shutdown the watch from the Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charge cable to start and recharge it, or push the button if it is charged.
  • setup a sleep schedule in the watch settings, it can't hurt making the watch in a more quiet mode and could have a beneficial effect.

To make sure it is not just an app issue, nor a sync problem,try

  • logout of the App
  • clear the storage cache
  • for stop it
  • restart the phone
  • login to the App
  • Go to the phone home screen without closing the App
  • click on the sync pop and wait for the prompts
  • Sync the watch
