My Pixel 3 shut down after syncing to Sense and can't turn on...

I ordered Fitbit Sense on Google Store and was setting up my Sense (took about 2 hours to get everything done) and then my Pixel 3 just shut down and can't be turned on again.

 

Does anyone has similar issues????

 

Just my first day with Sense and now I don't know if I should return it 😕

I suspect that they are unrelated. I have been using a Pixel 3 with my trackers for 2 1/2 years now without incident.

I would call your phone provider to see if there is an issue with your phone first. It may be a coincidence.
