My Sense band is stucked

Hi...My fitbit sense Band broke a week ago, but the magnetic piece still in the device and I cannot remove it. I tried to remove it but i can't do it..
I live in Israel and asked the Importer to help me, bot because i bought it from Fitbit US he said that he can't help me... 
 Is there any easy way to remove that thing?

Hi @goffrig1 - the band may have just detached and need pushing in again.

The operation can be fiddly and if it is broken perhaps a friend can help.

You can get new bands online in case it is broken. Order a new one to compare perhaps, in order to be sure .
