@ArturV   The Sense 2 was just announced, so I suspect you have  a Sense.  Your Sense should be under warranty if you bought it from an authorized retailer.  Please contact Support for more help.

Hi, @ArturV, on the basis you have the current "Sense" device I recommend you check that "Snore Report" is disabled, this is a real juice guzzler. This article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? has a long section on the function & notes you need at least 40% battery before going to bed. On the "Today" screen of the Fitbit app on your phone,>sleep tile>settings gear wheel in top right corner>swipe up to the bottom of the screen & set the "Detect snoring" slider to the off position. Sync your device. You should note that if you use GPS while walking this will also drain your battery.

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers

@LZeeW- you say

"Your Sense should be under warranty if you bought it from an authorized retailer."

To clarify, do you mean warranty from Fitbit direct, via support?

Mostly in Europe any store selling an item is obliged to replace or repair it for 2 years.

Some stores give supplemental insurance, anything up to 5 years is not uncommon.

Hi, @Guy_, with due respect your generalisation of European warranties is full of holes. For instance here in the UK, it's common that faulty goods must be returned within a limited time and guarantees are usually limited to 1 year. Warranties must be read in the context of national jurisprudence.

@Gr4ndp4 , for a refund there is a limited time depending possibly on store policy and how much they value their customers, Often 30 days.

For warranty, stores are obliged to provide coverage by country law. In most of Europe it's 2 years, didn't the UK align itself with the rest of Europe?

Or since Brexit have try gone back to 1 year?

Warranty is to cover faults found in use.

@ArturV Also make sure you don't have Always On Display turned on. That eats the battery as well. Swipe to the right on your Sense then make sure the Always on Display icon is not lit up, it's the first icon on the second row.
