I see, you are talking on consistent heart-rate reading , I have Afib, so my heart rate is not consistent, thats may be the reason. See this graph,IMG_2689.PNG

It won't show your sleep score if you don't have one from the previous night. This can mean it either didn't track your sleep at all or it only retrieved "Basic data" which seems to be an ever popular complaint recently. Happens to me too. Check your app to see what it says about your sleep last night. If it gives you the full breakdown not just basic then I have no idea.

1st thought @asavoy0730 does the Fitbit app have a sleep score? Sleep stages are needed to get a sleep score.

2nd thought. After a user has woken up, the tracker needs to sync with cloud services. Cloud services then calculates the sleep score. Then a second sync is needed.

Depending on the server load, this may take more then a few seconds. Sometimes many minutes, if the server takes to long, you will have to wait for the next sync.

In any case, if the sleep score is not on the tracker the next place to check for a sleep score is on the Fitbit app.,

Hello @asavoy0730 @SunsetRunner Welcome to the Community Forums! @SunsetRunner @Rich_Laue Thanks for your input!

Your overall nightly sleep score is based on your heart rate, the time you spend awake or restless, and your sleep stages. As @Rich_Laue mentioned, you must see sleep stages to see sleep score. For more information, I recommend taking a look at this link:

What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

There are some factors that could prevent sleep stages to be tracked. Please consider the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Keep me posted.

Wrong graph @asavoy0730. tap a night in question.. To look at a single night. Note that if you are using the Start sleep option, you will not see sleep stages of a sleep score.

You will not see sleep stages when using the start sleep.

Some users have mentioned that when they delete the Sleep record, and manually add it back, sleep stages now appear.

This problem started on my Sense only 3 weeks ago after long-time use without the problem. My app shows a sleep score with all of the stages. I have synched several times. My sleep score still does not transfer from the app to my Sense. It is an intermittent problem. Some days it works, some days it does not.
