My Sense has died while I was running in the afternoon today

It's acquired less than a year. The screen was lost suddenly last weekend, then I have restarted it. The screen has nothing few hours ago and tried to charge it but no response. It's certified.

 

I will never buy Fitbit again.

Hi, @LeonSports, welcome to the community. If your "Sense" is carrying a charge you can determine the state of charge by syncing the app on your phone by sliding your finger down the today screen and releasing it. Check you are successfully charging your "Sense", look at the 4 little pins on the back of the charge cable pad that locates on the back of your "Sense" to charge it, they all need to be free (they are spring-loaded) and slightly proud. Clean the back of your "Sense", I use rubbing alcohol and a cotton wool pad along with a cotton bud to detail the small pits that locate the pins. (There are lots of posts on this issue) You may also find this article of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  You may need to charge for up to 60 minutes before you see a response.

I got my sense just over a year ago and it has died rang JEC where I bought it and because it’s over 12 months they refuse to do anything apart from me paying £300 for a new one!!

Hi @Corkygirl - a watch can play dead if the battery is not charging, so without other symptoms check the charge cable [often faulty] and the cleaning as described in this link. How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

The watch has fully charged and was in use during my treadmill running yesterday. However, the screen has suddenly off and couldn't be restart after pressed the button several time. No more response when plugging the charger.

 

Anyway, I have just buy a new one of "Garxxx" just now and try something new.

Hi, @LeonSports, if you acquired your "Sense" less than a year ago it may be covered by the warranty  You may also be entitled to longer protection under local legislation. Talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for prompt attention.

Mines dropped out as well and can't seem to take a charge either.

Hi my Sense is charging but it doesn’t last I charge it to 100% it is now getting really hot when charging which is never used to do and within 30 minutes it’s gone again which is so frustrating especially as I only bought it in June 2021!  I have got onto Fitbit support but they haven’t offered any solution and looking online it seems to be a common problem with Fitbit and I would be reluctant to pay nearly £300 for a new one.
