Exercising very hard and heart rate on my sense shows in the 90’s, decided to check with the heart rate monitor I use on my cardiac patients and it shows 148 bpm. Cleaned the sensors cleaned my wrist , tightened it, loosened it, move it higher and lower on my wrist and for an hour it was always significantly different than my actual heart rate monitor. So disappointed especially because my ionic was more accurate and I purchased their “newest/best” is so horrible with measuring heart rate . And for Fitbit to stress all the applications involving heart rate this is truly disappointing.
