Recently, when my Sense reports that I'm in AFIB, that info isn't being documented in the app account. Last night the Sense reported Irregular heartrate up through 10PM, but this morning none of that info is listed in my app account. Ugh!

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Smokeatr3.
Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to your Sense not syncing the data of your irregular heart rate.
Fitbit can only analyze your heart rhythm data for AFib when you’re still. Wear your Sense wrist-worn product correctly and often, especially to sleep, and sync your data often to help look for signs of AFib more often.
I recommend you to check What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and I'm sure it will help you on how to improve this situation.
