My Sense is on the charger, but won't charge

Super annoyed, it’s not even that old. It’s on the charger, but doesn’t show its charging. What do I do?

Hi

I sometimes get this. try cleaning the 4 charging points at the back of the watch they sometimes get debris in them which can stop it connecting properly 

Try also restarting your sense this will work for me

I went to clean it and realized it was missing one of the charging points, bought a new charger, viola, works like a charm!!

How long was your tracker discharged? 

Sometimes it may take an hour before any life is seen.
