I am so frustrated with my Sense. It doesn't consistently record the most important info for me>>sleep and SpO2. I sync it manually sometimes, when it doesn't do so automatically.
I don't think it's the band because the device worked fine for the first week or so. Xmas gift. At the point of trying to return it! Would rather have it work!

Just to be sure, have you restarted the watch since it started misbehaving?
On the watch Swipe left Click settings Scroll to the bottom Click shutdown and Yes |
It may restore it to normal.

Just to be sure, although you get your sleep data almost immediately, the Estimated Oxygen Variation information takes a bit of calculating so may come sometime later, once the information is downloaded, possibly at a later sync.

Hopefully tonight you will get more than 3 hours sleep which in turn will make the SpO2 give a reading in Health Metrics [premium], as it only works at night in the Fitbit app.
If you use the clock face it may take a while [about an hour] to show during the day.
