My Sense no longer tracks Oxygen saturation. Why?

I'm exactly same stopped tracking it last week contacted support they had no clue

They had no clue why my sleep log stopped working either. I feel like CS may be a little clueless.

I tend to agree with u they always give u the same solution to your question no matter how many different operators you deal with gets a bit off-putting as you no b4 they reply what their reply will be 😕
