My Sense watch won't shot anyting else than the Fitbit logo

After charging my Sense Watch it won't get pass the fitbit logo. I tried to restart the watch but the result is the same!

Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Fitbit Sense's issue. 

To see if the device needs an update, please confirm. To update the tracker, please open the Fitbit app, press your profile photo in the upper left corner, then the picture of your device, and then check for a red banner instructing you to do so.

Hi and thank you for your reply,

There is no indication of a need for software update.
The watch won’t connect/sync with the phone.

If I try to restart the watch it stops when the logo appears. Sometimes it restarts itself multiple times, but never show any other life sign than the logo.
