@mdc712 looks like it is the charger? I've read some where that sometimes pins on the charger don't protrude out fully. Also Check if current is flowing through.
Otherwise please call support in your country to get it sorted out.

@mdc712 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the charging issue that your Fitbit Sense has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get it fixed before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Sense for 2-3 hours and see if it gets charged properly.
Thank you for your help my friend @m-umar.
Hope this helps.

On the charger, the upper left pin is noticeably depressed or missing. It no longer looks like the other pins. I've only had my sense for less than 6 months. And, yes I've tried to clean it several times.

It is the design fault and probably wsn't tested vigoroduly by Fitbit R&D hence this issue comign back to bite them now in replacing the parts but mostly in dwindling loyalty of the user base. TIME TO LOG A REQUEST WITH SUPPORT TO REPLACE IT and you will be without your working sense for at least 4-5 weeks and not good outcome if you on a some sort of fitness regime.
