My airpods connect, but the music plays on my phone and not my airpods

I deleted my airpods from my phone. Connected them to my Sense. But the music plays through my phone and not the airpods. What is going on?

I had the same issue but, when I reconnected the airpods to my iPhone, the music played through the airpods and I could control it through the music app on the Sense.

Hi @BrittanyLP. and @slbert what music player are you asking about? 

Only Pandora and Deezer store music on the tracker, so these are the only players that will play through the Sense

Spotify. I think I figured out that I have to still listen to it through my
phone. Kind of disappointed as I thought I could just use my Fitbit. Seems
you have to have a subscription to Deezer if you want to listen to music
without your phone.
