My bluetoot cannot find my Sense anymore

Ever since my Sense watch went dead (with the snore detector it drained the battery).  My Bluetooth can't find my SENSE anymore, I tried every trick in the book.  Reset my phone, I deleted and put back the FIT BIT app.  Nothing seems to work.  MY bluetooth is detecting all of my other devices except my SENSE watch.  Is there something else to try ???? Help!

I’m having the same or similar issue. My phone detects my sense but cannot connect. I have a feeling this is a software problem with an update.

I got it to connect just now by shutting down my sense, waiting snd turning it back on.

How did you get to force a "shut down" from your Sense?

@LiseBilodeau shutdown is found under settings. 

@pattywak65 you should not be able to pair a fitbit through the phones Bluetooth. The tracker will block any attemp

I have resolved the problem by shutting down my sense and restarted it . It now works!!!! Thank you!
