My experience with Sense and Customer Service

I am  now on week 3 of trying to file a claim with FitBit and their insurance. No go. Frustrating. I get the runaround. I get sent to Philippines then to Bahamas or Jamaica. No one knows anything about my previously purchased warranty on my Sense. I get sent a link to Square.... Then that goes to AllState insurance then it turns into a dead end. I "sense" that Fitbit and Allstate don't care but have complicated systems to lose you and you give up while you paid them and they keep on making money without having to pay claims. That's how it feels. I am disgusted with both companies. I know that Fitbit is ultimately Google, who wants to take over the world. I feel it. It feels oppresive. Help!

Hi @DocSamuel  I've used and gotten help from Square Trade before. Did you register your Sense warranty? You should have emails that would help you. You should have credit card receipts showing your purchase of the device and the warranty.
