Hi @Sabareesh  - if you double tap the screen does it come back on?

If so swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and enable the watch/wrist action. It may be only the display is going off after about 8 seconds to save battery.

You can do this while on charge and note the battery level on the top.

It may be that it is not charging properly, a common issue, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
