My fitbit sense wont charge due to 'low operating temperature'. It asks to 'warm' up my fitbit. How is this done?

Hi @readaway3 first time I've read this on the forums, so I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to address it. Page 76 of the user manual does list the operating and charging temperatures for the Sense - click to read.

@Odyssey13 , Thank you for your help and sharing the link.
@readaway3 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for describing the message you got.
The operating temperatures for the Sense are between 14° to 113° F.
The charging temperatures for the Sense are from 32° to 95° F
If you are in a colder place, just try to wear the Sense or put it on a pocket on your jacket, so that it warm a bit up, so that it charges or start working. Your body temperature should help to warm the device.
Hope this helps
