I have a Fitbit sense and for 3 months I have been unsuccessful with resolving the issues of my daily stats / goal being set. The only goal that allows me to set a target is the calorie goal. All other goals keep resetting back to zero. I have logged out both from the App and website, logged back in and even restarted my phone. Nothing has worked and Fitbit support have not been able to help other than confirm the issue will be fixed in the next app upgrade. I’ve felt really disappointed as this has gone for months and I’m not prepared to renew my Fitbit premium contract until this issue is resolved. Has anyone else experienced the same stats / goal issue? And has it been resolved? Thanks

Hi @Kelliepickup - this resetting of the goals is not normal. A few things to try.
In the Fitbit App click profile photo and check if there is a MobileTrack device installed and if so remove it.
Also logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Normally goals have a default minimum which is not zero, so something is strange if it persists and is unlikely to be fixed by waiting for an update.
