After the sense refused to charge even after cleaning and resetting it’s done apparently. 💀 time to move on I guess.
I mainly used it for sleep monitoring and tracking workouts. If anyone has alternatives they liked suggestions are appreciated between Apple, Samsung and Garmin.

Sense chargers are notorious for failing. One of the 4 pins gets depressed and fails to make contact. Look carefully at the 4 pins on the charger to see if one is slightly depressed. I expect that is your problem and the actual Sense is still okay. If so, one option is to just buy a few less expensive third-party chargers from Amazon to get your money's worth out of the Sense.

Same here. My sense won't charge at all..I tried new chargers, charged overnight, cleaned everything, checked the.pins on the chargers (because I have had 3 chargers fail for that reason).....tried everything. Just over a year and they will not honor the warranty. Never again will I buy a fitbit. After paying over $300 you would think they could do more than give a little discount to buy another product that will do the same **ahem** thing. Beyond frustrating!

Same.
I'm so sad.
7.5 years and no charge. This charging system is so stupid, the worst in all their products.

I just had same thing happen. As Johnny Row said above one pin on my original charger was pushed in and would not charge for a couple weeks. I noticed the pin once I had a good look so I bought an $8.95 Who knows what brand charger off ebay. Still wouldn't charge. I got a thin piece of wire with plastic coating ,a cable wrap type thing when you buy electrical appliances, and scraped around inside the 4 holes in the back of the sense watch where the charger pins fit. It finally started charging so I could use the watch again. Cause it's the cheapest charger I could find for sale within Australia so it didn't take a month to get here from China it is really flaky to use. I might have to attach the magnet part to the watch 5 times or so till it actually says on the screen charging slowly in Red. Have to treat it very gently and put it down lightly on its back otherwise it will stop charging and you can't tell it stopped till you check later and see it's still dead.
