My return is stuck in transit

I sent my Fitbit back on 9/11 and it has been stuck somewhere in California. My replacement is dependent on the return but now I fear it won’t happen. Please advise as this is out of my control.

My concern is that if it’s lost in transit I have no way to resolve.
