My sense does no longer give detailed sleeping infos

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Using my fitbit sense since January 2021. Three weeks ago it started (on single days) not to give the informations about REM-times and deep sleep times.

This appeared more and more often. I havent changed anything in the settings. Yesterday shut down and restarted the watch. Result: no change.

How can I resolve this problem?

Today, for the first time since 5 days I received accurate sleeping data. I'm trying to find out now, if wearing the watch a bit farther away from the wrist bone would help. This night I did so.Another check could be not to charge the battery immediately before going to sleep (but 2 hours earlier).First I remain with testing with the position on my arm for a couple of days. I will give infos stating results again.Best Regards to everybody reading and contributing to this topic Beat-is-fit.

Hello DramaQueenDivaThanks for asking.I'm NOT a Premium user (or better: no longer since about half a year anymore) This should not affect the basic sleeping infos like: awake, REM and Deep Sleep.I know that premium is needed  for getting snoring info. But this is not my primary interest.Best RegardsBeat-is-fit

Mi Situation now is that it's sometimes measuring sleep data and sometimes not. I'm disappointed that I can't get in touch with any support without being a social media account user. 🤔
