My sense stopped syncing with the app on my android phone. I stopped and restarted everything on my phone and the device, no help. I deleted the app and then reinstalled it, no help.
I deleted my sense from the reinstalled app. Then when I went to add it back, neither the phone or the app can see the sense as a bluetooth device.
How can I add it to the app if it can't see it?
Any ideas how to turn the bluetooth on the sense device, back on?

Good troubleshooting. The Sense could be faulty but try restarting it again, and perhaps phone too, making sure that there is no other Bluetooth phone or device on.

if your still under your 90 days i would take it back and exchange it see if that fix's the problem.
