My sense was charging and now will not turn on

My Sense was charging and I was starting to set it up. It went black and will not come back on. Trouble shooting stated to press button until I see fit bit symbol. there is not a button to push. Pleas help me. Im guessing i need to reset how to do that. I don't know.

Yes I have bought sense a few days back.not charging . No after sales service india . No repair centre also in india . Very sad experience

Hi @Mellena1 - there is no button but there is an indentation which when pressed properly actions the watch.

If the watch is charged and on, double tapping the screen will wake it.

If the battery has become flat the watch turns off and cannot be turned on till it is charged.

To make sure it charges use a computer port and check the terminals are clean and the charger has no fault.

Your watches are most likely ok.
