My sense does not receive any text messages. Have already tried all all options like reset, restart etc I need help.

Hi @Indimissi - if your watch was working then this is due a bug in the latest Fitbit App version. Have a look in the forums at others with the same problem.
One possible cure that may have worked for some is https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Notifications-are-not-coming-through-my-Sense/m-p/5207733#M561...

I just bought last week and it just never worked from the beginning itself. I had earlier Versa 2 and with it there was no problem.

@Indimissi- it may be a setup problem if it is new but it falls at a bad time when it can equally be the App and your settings are correct.
