Each time I enter the amount of water I have drunk 725 and save, it shows for a moment and then goes back to 0. No matter the amount shown on my iPhone in the FitBit app, the Sense does not recognize any amount. I enter an amount, and then it automatically reverts back to 0 saying log some water

Hi,@EllenAvis, If you check the image of the tumbler above the entry button does the picture show water in the tumbler, has the amount to go reduced?

Thanks for the reply, I did have it working this morning and I figured I had not pressed the left button. It all seemed fine until now when I looked, all the data was gone but it does show on mu iPhone app. I ddid have trouble with my bluetooth, I ended up accidentally taking it off and just rejoined. Would that have something to do with it??

Hi,@EllenAviss The absence of your Bluetooth connection would prevent your phone and "Sense" from talking to each other, I'm pleased you seem to have got back on track.

So all of today I put I logged my water and it showed up . Now at 8:11 p.m, the water logged is again missing. Tried entering again and nothing. I do not understand this. It works every morning and throughout the day and just at the evening, it disappears and I can no longer log my water. I have written to FitBit and am hoping for an answer

Still missing. AT 8:00pm.est time it disappears. Not sure why and do not know how to fix this.

Hi, @EllenAviss, May I suggest you check that the Fitbit app on your phone has all permissions allowed and the battery saving function disabled. This last is because on some phones the Fitbit app is treated as nonessential and is put to sleep in order to save battery reserves.
If you are still not able to make progress I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here. I recommend you use the phone or chat facility for a prompt response.

I have the same problem and have not been able to figure it out. If it does not get resolved soon, I suggest trying a different brand of smart watch. I will probably try out the Galaxy watch.
