My sense would not sync last 5 days so I tried all forums suggestions and finally unpaired my sense

My sense hasn’t been able to sync for 5 days. Finally I tried to unpair it and now it won’t pair at all. I tried calling customer service and that doesn’t work either. Any suggestions?

If it been 5 days you already lost your data it only holds for 3 days so in the app itself clik your icon top left corner & 4 rows down click your sense icon now top right should be trash can icon clik it to unpair not sure exactly after that where it says forget this sense your basically dropping the entire sense from the app now you will have to start over and re set up your sense all over again make sure to do this with a cell phone it will ask you to put in the 4 digit code again and this should reset up every thing and you should be able to sync from there.

For a week now my Fitbit sense has been unable to sync, then won’t pair and now clock face has vanished with 70% battery life. Do I have a defective devise or is something else going on. My sense is under 4 months old

April 2021. Sense won’t pair and now clock face has disappeared. Battery life is good. Tried calling customer service and that won’t go thru either. Anyone else having problems

The USA phone number takes you to a call center than when you touch ( in my case) 4 the phone call doesn’t recognize that you’ve tried to move on in their program. Finally got into live chat and had to reboot Fitbit and my phone. Took a LONG time for Fitbit to pair but after 8 days I finally have phone and Fitbit working again

just finished with customer service!  you have to go to Settings on the watch, reset to factory settings and then when app starts pairing process hit Bluetooth, not WiFi!  mine is not pairing.  good luck.
