My sleep isn't registering that I actually sleep

I’ve seen there have been a few issues with this the Sense not registering sleep, but I’ve tried everything I’ve seen on the Forum to no avail.  Some nights it thinks I don't sleep at all, others I may get 2 hours.  Very frustrating.

I’ve done a factory reset

Uninstall, reinstall

Changed the sensitivity to Normal

It’s firm on my wrist

I have a Samsung S20 < SM-G980F/DS

One UE Version 3.1

Android Version 11

My FitBit Sense version 44.128.5.49

Activations date 05 Aug 2021

My Sense is only a couple months old and this is my 3rd night of it not tracking. Hoping someone has a fix

I have had my Fitbit Sense for two weeks.  I have yet to get any information on my SPO2 or anything in my Health metrics.  My sleep info is crazy.  If I get up during the night that is it it will not track 😒 anything further much less give me a sleep score.  My first Fitbit, an already regret spending the money.

I’ve found some information.  It will only track/record if you are asleep for 3 hours or more.  If you get up during the first 3 hours, it will stop tracking, and if you were asleep for less than 3 hours, it won’t register the sleep.

Hope that makes sense.  I can get up once or twice a night, so that’s why it’s not working.

Don't know how to get someone from FitBit help to actually read and respond to my message!

Same.  Big fat waste of money.  One of the main reasons I got a smart watch was for my sleep.

I finally figured it out when I slept more than 3 hours. However, none of
my Health Metrics are registering. I really was hoping the SPO2 would work
for me but so far nothing. Fitbit customer support recommended doing a
complete factory reset which I have done twice and still nothing.

I restarted my watch and it's fixed now - bonus, the nights that didn't register appeared
