My steps from my Sense are not showing my app after sync

Today my Sense shows that I have walked 4,537 steps but these steps don’t show in the app after syncing.

It has never happened before.

Hi @Libelula - if you have the new Fitbit App there are syncing issues.

Restart the phone and sync again. If this doesn't help hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. Then sync again. It shouldn't lose data normally.
