My watch is broken! Where can I send it to?

My watch is just showing blue dots and my app can’t find the watch. I’ve not had it a year. Can I send it somewhere to be repaired?

Have you tried holding down the button until it restarts? It is about 10 seconds or so. The blue dots are the Fitbit logo.

If you can’t get past the logo, contact support.

There is no authorized repair service (that I’m aware of) except dealing with support.
