My watch keeps showing weather

Forgive me if this comes off as completely ignorant. I am very new at this smart watch arena. I can't, for the life of me, figure out why my sense vibrates and then shows me the weather about every 10 minutes. I do a bit of manual labor at my job so my hands and wrists are constantly in motion. I figured it might have to do with some setting that if I flick my wrist a couple times it would show me the weather, but I can never make it do it when I try to. It is a killer on the battery and I had a generic smart watch prior to this and I'm sad to say that I was happier with that one at this point. It didn't have all the bells and whistles, but it also only did what I wanted when I wanted. If I can figure out how to set it to only "wake up" when I want it to by pressing the sides or double tapping the screen, I would be so much happier. Any help is greatly appreciated. I wanted a Fitbit for a long time, but my family's needs always came first and then I finally got this from a Verizon deal.

Hi @DEEYA316  - it is quite easy to accidentally action the button on your watch, especially if you are left handed and if you have weather assigned to one of the button shortcuts it will popup.

The shortcuts can be changed in the watch Settings, Shortcuts.

Also an accidental swipe up on the watch face will show Weather.  You can try disabling the weather by swiping up and going the bottom and use manage.

Also in Settings, Display you can set it to wake only on button push ( double tap will still be available but not auto wake).
