Hi,
I got my Fitbit sense this week and unfortunately, I am having many issues.
Though MyFitness Pal seems to be connected, calories and exercise don't get transferred to my fitbit watch. I also can't connect Spotify.

Hi @Mandarini When it comes to the My fitness Pal connection, it is best to contact them since they handle this link up.
What if data doesn't appear to be syncing?
As for Spotify make sure that the app is open up on the phone and you might want to have it playing music.

@4everapeach - Fitbit cannot fix this problem because they did not develop the link between Fitbit and MFP. MFP did. As @Rich_Laue said, you need to contact MFP for a solution. Did you try the links that Rich provided?

@4everapeach Did you try disconnecting the connection between fitbit and MFP and then restart your phone and try the link again?
I had the same issue as you a while ago and that seemed to fix it. It wasn't an immediate fix; I think i left it alone overnight and it automatically started working
