NOtifications on Android

I purchased my new Sense today and can not get Notifications to work. Does this work with Android or only with Apple? Can not see that I am doing anything wrong. Notification Centre says I am all caught up here. What do I need to do. I have a Samsung A71 and have push notifications as well as bluetooth turned on.

@joe3175 In the app ensure that the required notifications (e.g. text messages, calendar events, emails etc) are enabled. On the sense ensure that 'do not disturb' and 'sleep mode' (both under settings/quite modes) are turned off.

Ionic = deceased. Sense since 25/9

Mike_Croy - Thanks for your reply. I have already checked the settings on the watch and they are both off, so it is not that. I am currently setting up the watch for a second time to see what happens.

This needs to be enabled in the phone app.  Top left of the home screen, select your profile icon then under devices select your Sense.  Scroll to General then select Notifications.  Now select App Notifications and select all the apps you wish to receive notifications for.  I'm using an Android device (Oppo Find X2 Pro) and have no issues with this.

What did you do to get it to work again? I have a Samsung A71 as well and notifications were working and now have stopped.

There have been some issues recently.

If it was working try restarting your watch, and if necessary your phone.
