Hi y'all,
I am in search for a good blood pressure apps for my brand new Fitbit sense watch and was hoping to get some answers can anyone help with that also hopefully Fitbit can make good blood pressure apps for the fitbit watches! Any advice or helpful apps I can use without screwing up my fitbit watch??

Hi @MaryGail64 - Don't think there are any as unfortunately the watches don't measure blood pressure.

Okay Guy_ ,
Another dumb question and too lazy to look it up. How do I know if my blood pressure is high level would my heart rate move up ? I'm not sure how to tell if my heart rate is normal or not normal is there a link that is the best answer to know how to tell ?

@MaryGail64- doctors measure heart rate at the same time as measuring blood pressure both systolic and diastolic. It is the combination that is meaningful. Therefore knowing one doesn't tell you the other, they can vary independently.
To answer your question if your heart rate is normal, in the Fitbit App, click on the Heart rate tile, and then "learn more". It's a pretty good start to understanding about your heart rate. From then on monitor the rate [as shown in the graphs] and you will get a good idea of what is normal for you.
