Have you tried restarting phone and the watch?
try that. To restart watch hold side button til you see the Fitbit logo, then release. Let it process.

Maybe try disconnecting Bluetooth then reconnect.
You could also try setting it back up again or checking all your settings to make sure the upgrade did not revert a setting back.

Is it possible you have an Android?
I’ve seen a rash of others having issues.

I’m not familiar with an Android.
is there a way you retrieve updates for other apps you use. I have Apple app store which will populate updates for me. It’s where I got the 3.52 and 3.52.1 Fitbit update.
See if you can find the update.
You can see what version you are now running by tapping your photo profile at the top left of the today screen, then tap Help and Support. You’ll see the version at the top of the landing page.
I would start by closing out of the Fitbit app. Turn off and on your phone. Restart your sense watch by holding the side button down until you see the Fitbit logo then release and let it power back up. It will vibrate and have a black screen when done. See if that does anything. If you’ve already done that. You will have to wait for 3.52 or 3.52.1 to show up in the app.
Good luck and hope it works.
One other thing:
make sure your do not disturb feature is disabled.
swipe left to right on the watch. If the circle with the line through it is illuminated. Tap it so it says do not disturb disabled.
When enabled, it blocks notifications.
