One of the pins on the charger is recessed and I can't get it to work. I reached out to fitbit via chat but I got disconnected as they were not able to see my responses even though I was responding to them. Now chat is not working at all. I tried calling but gave up after being on hold for a long time. Is there any other way to get help?
