Sense needs to be able to have the feature where you can hear your calls and texts coming in if you want it to. My versa was able to do that, I have just got the Sense and I can't hear it or feel it vibrate; therefore I am missing important calls and messages. I have my smartwatch for this reasoning. This feature is an important one that should be included in the next upgrade. With my job vibrations aren't felt very easy.

Is the vibration turned all the way up?

if not……

 

swipe left on the watch face to settings

Tap settings 

swipe up to vibration and audio.
