My scores are generally in the high 80s. My 90 and above are labeled Excellent. Premium users get a more in depth breakdown of what goes into their scores, but if you don’t subscribe to Premium, you can still get more information by looking at your Benchmark data, the bar graphs under your sleep stages. Do you have very restless sleep? Do you get appropriate deep and REM sleep?
If you tap on your Discovery icon and go to the Guided Programs, you’ll find two guided programs to help improve your sleep. Take a look at them.
A big impediment to good sleep is alcohol. It makes you feel sleepy, but it really messes with your sleep stages.

Hi @royalle - in addition to what @LZeeW says if you logout and login again to the Fitbit App and click on the Sleep tile, there is a useful info about sleep score, click on "why it matters" to get details.
Also there are well recognised conditions to improve sleep, such as a cool dark room with no noise, which includes a non snoring or restless partner.
A quiet time without screens before bed and regular bed time is also helpful.
Some say the hours before midnight are important.

Hi @Iamlivingtolear - from last night as it happens [note the star], went to bed slightly earlier than usual, generally am in the high 80s.
Check you have entered your age correctly and your time asleep goal, which may be a bit too ambitious for you if you never reach it.
