While running the initial update, the watch went dead and will not turn back on. It was nearly fully charged. 

Tried all of the “reset” strategies from the forum with no luck. 

I unpaired the watch to try to re-pair it, but now my phone can’t find it at all. 

 

it will not turn back on.

Hi @GoBigEd It sounds dead, unfortunately. Return it to the store you boughtit from, or contact Support
